R6 2006-2024 Oil Cooler Kit

Description

The Kit made for hot climate race conditions.  We developed this kit in-house and tested it on race/track. The main advantage of this oil cooler compared to an extra water radiator is its greater efficiency in cooling the oil, which reduces the burden on the overtaxed water cooling system that primarily uses an oil-to-water heat exchanger.

• Guaranteed to lower overall coolant temps by approx 15 degrees Celsius.
• Replaces the oil-to-water heat exchanger with an adapter that allows the oil to circulate through the oil cooler.
• Comes with all the parts you need for installation, including fitting instructions.
• Tested in DSBK & RoSBK.

1. 13 cores V shaped oil cooler including brackets.
2. Oil lines adapter.
3. Upper oil line.
4. Lower oil line.
5. 2 replacement coolant lines.
6. 4 stainless steel hose clamps.
7. 2 stainless steel reinforced silicone hoses for connecting coolant lines.
8. Installation instructions.

Note: Radiator guard can be purchased separately with the kit.
