Cylinder Head Services

Full Port & Polish by hand

Full hand porting & polishing of intake & exhaust chambers, creating smooth yet rough surface to aid in air turblance for air entering the cylinder. Getting rid of manufacturing casting rough surfaces while increasing the amount of air your engine is breathing.

Cylinder head will be removed and inspected for warpage or defects.
If required head will be skimmed to retain reliability of factory head gasket.
Intake and Exhaust ports will be increased in size and cleaned from casting traces.
Through our experience intake port will receive a different treatment from exhaust port.
It’s recommended to fully services the motorcycle and Tune the ECU to fully benefit from the modification and for reliability.
Required hours to complete the service: # hours.

Full CNC Port & Hand Polish
