Fren Tubo Brake Line Kit Type 3 Honda CBR1000RR-R 2020-2025

To increase brake power the first thing to do is changing the original rubber hoses with braided ones.

Due to braided hoses reduced volumetric expansion, the hydraulic pressure produced by the master cylinder doesn’t decrease through hoses to calipers, but arrives straight as strong as it starts; with the same pressure over the brake lever, braking is more efficient.

Every application is produced by Fren Tubo in four shapes/types:

• Type 1: steel braided hose (clear sleeve) with steel fittings.
• Type 2: steel braided hose (clear sleeve) with red/blue Aluminum fittings.
• Type 3: kevlar braided hose (blue sleeve) with red/blue Aluminum fittings.
• Type 4: carbon braided hose with Aluminum black fittings.

Please Note that every “Type” has a different price, increasing from “1” to “4”; check the “Type” you have selected now reading the final part of the code which could be “-1” or “-2” or “-3” or “-4”. To choose a different “Type” go back one step and choose the “Type” you wish to order, you will find a different product name, while this description page will be the same.

Kit includes front and rear hoses and everything you need for a correct installation, it is made reflecting stock schema, Except for certain kits that require different hose routing.
Tightening Torque Steel Fittings 20Nm (Type 1), Tightening Torque Aluminum Fittings 15Nm (Type 2, Type 3 and Type 4).

Some models are available in the “direct” version which has not a better performance but which is simply a version where master cylinder is connected directly to the calipers with two hoses. See application list for availability.

VARIATIONS ON THEME

On demand, type 1-2- type can be supplied with a black, blue, red, green, gray, orange, yellow, white sleeve, 3 type can be supplied with red, black, green, orange, yellow sleeve. On demand, type 2-3 type can be supplied with full blue, full red or full black fittings. Just fill your variation in the cart “note” field On demand if your bike does not come with a radial mc and you want to change your axial mc, we can supply your kit with specific banjo (price will be 5% more). If you already have these hoses and you want just to change your mc you only order the radial master cylinder adaptor. On demand custom made hoses, from a small change to a full custom made kit.
