1. DISCLOSURE AND LIABILITY

MP Performance excels in selling off-road race Motorcycle parts designed to enhance performance. However, road racing involves inherent risks due to its unpredictable nature. Consequently, MP Performance is not liable for any harm,vehicle malfunctions, or incidents stemming from unforeseen circumstances, misuse, or improper use of our products. Installing parts sold by MP Performance may impact the vehicle’s standard performance, especially in a crash situation. Customers who purchase from MP Performance acknowledge these risks and accept full responsibility for any damage or injuries incurred, releasing MP Performance from any liability claims. Off-road/race track/road-racing motorsport is dangerous sport and carries significant risk of injury, please excercise caution and follow your local race organisation’s directions including safety regulations and recommendations.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND USAGE RESTRICTIONS

Customers must not copy, reverse engineer, or produce any products sold by MP Performance. This prohibition extends to unauthorized resale, redistribution, redesign, or manufacturing. Confidential information and trade secrets concerning MP Performance products are protected, and disclosing such information to third parties is strictly forbidden. Violating these terms may result in legal action, including but not limited to infringement claims and damages.

3. REFUND POLICY

MP Performance is committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Full refunds are issued upon product return (shipping paid by MP Performance for UAE customers only) on items/equipment that are deemed to have manufacturing defects. The consumer shall not be entitled for refund in case of changing his mind about the purchased item, item was free from any defects or item was available somewhere else at lower price. 

4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

MP Performance ships products via our reliable main shipping partner Aramex, typically within 2-3 days, excluding holidays. Customers are responsible for accurate shipping details. Claims for missing packages must be filed within 60 days of the missed delivery date. MP Performance’s responsibility for packages ceases 120 days after shipment.

5. ORDER CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

Domestic orders canceled before completion are subject to a 5% cancellation fee. International cancellations attract a 10% fee plus any applicable currency exchange rate adjustments. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days following the receipt of the returned item.

6. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International customers bear responsibility for all customs duties and taxes associated with their orders.

7. WARRANTY

MP Performance provides a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects in parts that carries the MP Logo, and provides manufacturer’s for Genuine parts against workmanship defects. This warranty is void if the parts are altered post-purchase. Warranty claims necessitate the return of the faulty part and are limited to the original buyer.

8. LEAD TIMES

Lead times for manufacturing vary. The standard lead time for researched race parts is 2-3 weeks, for non-standard custom parts that requires R&D it might take as much as 2 months. Items in stock typically dispatch within 1-2 business days. Customers agree to potential delays and extended lead times.

9. INSTALLATION AND SAFETY

MP Performance is not liable for any damage or injury resulting from the installation of our products. Installation should only be performed by qualified professionals to ensure safety and proper functioning.

10. SALES TAX

Based in Dubai – UAE, MP Performance requires sales tax of %5 which are collected in form of VAT. Unless outlined in the product description that product price is inclusive of VAT.

11. PRODUCT QUOTATIONS

Quotations provided by MP Performance are valid for 7 days, subject to changes thereafter.

12. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISK

Purchasing or installing MP Performance products implies acceptance of all terms and an understanding of the risks involved. Customers should refrain from buying or using MP Performance products if they disagree with these terms or doubt their ability to install and use the products safely. MP Performance products are used at the customer’s own risk.
